Questions & Answers

Q: What are the rules for the maze?

A:  No Smoking! (We take this one seriously. There is a lot of hay, wood chips and dry corn stalks!)
No vandalism to the corn, scenes, signs or property.
No pushing, fighting, or cutting in line.
No running.
No hiding within the maze. (That’s a lot of ground to cover. We don’t want a game to turn into a search and rescue event.)
No pets, except Dog Daze in the Maze (see Events page for more info)
No weapons
No alcohol or drugs

Anyone breaking the rules will be asked to leave. Those appearing intoxicated, subject to our judgment, will be required to leave with no refund. (A full list of rules are available at the Entrance Booth.)

Q: Are there food and drinks available for purchase?

A: Yes! Our concessions include beverages, Italian soda’s, popcorn, cotton candy, marshmallow kits, burgers, hot dogs, sometimes chili, and we often have a food truck on site. Check our Events page for more info. Thank you for not bringing your own food or drinks. Again, no alcohol is allowed on the farm.

Q: How long does it take to go through the larger corn maze?

A: It takes about an hour to finish. For groups, slower adventurers and during flashlight hours, allow 1.5 hours to get through the maze. Children 12 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult. You may bring your own flashlight for the corn mazes and pumpkin patch. Flashlights are not allowed in the Field of Screams during haunting hours.

    Q: What should I wear?

A: Dress comfy and plan on getting dirty. We recommend that you layer your clothes and bring a sweatshirt or jacket if the forecast calls for cool weather. Shoes with good traction are best, and they will get dirty. There is not much shade in the mazes, so consider a hat. It might not be a bad idea to wear sunscreen.

Q: Are there restrooms in the mazes?

A: No, not in the mazes themselves. So, before exploring the corn mazes or pumpkin patch, please use the restrooms located at the top of the hill, just to the right after entering the grounds.

Q: Can I use a stroller or wheelchair in the mazes?

A: While it is possible, as the paths winding through the mazes are wide, it will be very bumpy and quite a workout for whoever is in charge of pushing them. Also, please keep in mind that if it has recently rained, the paths may be muddy and especially hard-going for wheelchairs and strollers.

Q: May I bring food and/or drinks to the Echo Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch?

A: No, we ask that you do not bring your own food and/or drinks we have concessions available (see above).

Q: Do you sell Gift Cards?

A: Yes, you can purchase actual cards at the entrance booth or online here.

Echo Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch thanks you!
